Kiwi Lane May Blog Hop

Blog Hop

Happy Blog Hopping everyone!  Welcome to my blog (the final stop) on the Kiwi Lane blog hop!  You should have gotten here from  Erin Schultz blog.  If you didn’t get here from there and you want to go along the hop head on over to Kiwi Lane to start!

In this layout I used pictures of my parents I thought were so cute.  When I was little we actually lived on a Farm and these pictures that were taken in 2011 remind me of what they probably were like back then.  Now they live in the city but they are still Farmers at heart.

Farmer_Js_Layout

For my layout I used Kiwi Lane Design Templates: Rings, Accents, Scallops & Brackets.  I also used Lily Bee Design Lovely Line and Technique Tuesday Clear Stamps: Cherish.

Farmer_Js_FlowerI used the Accent Template to make the layered flower here.  I also used the i-top brad maker to make the matching brad in the middle.

Layered_FlowerI layered the Flower here and also used the brad maker.  I added some random flowers to make the piece complete.

Framer_Js_CardOf course you always need to make a card out of the left over pieces.

I hope you have had a lot of fun following along the blog hop today!  Reminder – leave a comment here on my blog to be entered for a chance to win a $25 gift card to the Kiwi Lane shop!  One random winner from across ALL of the comments (on all 10 blogs) will be selected.

  1. Jenn, this layout is great. I love the different textures and I really like the stamping aspect. I really need to marry the two together in my one work (KLD and stamping)… Can’t wait for all of the inspiration this month to help me out with that!

Love how you used these templates on your card and layout–my husband and I are farmers at heart too.

  4. Super pretty! Love it! Still have some county fair pictures to scrapbook, love how this layout would work so perfect with those photos! Thanks for sharing!

great layout using the KLD templates. I wonder about cutting out the inner part of the circle – is that challenging?
