For my project I am using Kiwi Lane Design Templates Cascade Trails, Mini Paisley, Tiny Wild Flower & Floral. I am also using Quick Quotes Patterned Paper, Stowaway. I have used a few of each set to make this layout.
I used Flora designer template to make the Flower and made a YoYo Flower out of material for the middle, with a cute pin and of course I used the white pen to make the flower stand out.

The white pen that looks like sewing is my favorite part of this! I can do things like that…I don’t have a sewing machine and don’t care to invest in one, so the drawing is a great alternative. I actually thought it WAS stitching at first glance! Thanks for sharing!

This actually looks like a layout made with sewn fabric…amazing what you’ve done to transform this paper.
I’ve never been brave enough to try the sewing on my page. It adds some definite flair to the pages.
