Kiwi MARCH Blog Hop

blog_hop_21

For my project I am using Kiwi Lane Design Templates Cascade Trails, Mini Paisley, Tiny Wild Flower & Floral.   I am also using Quick Quotes Patterned Paper, Stowaway.  I  have used a few of each set to make this layout.

Layout1_FlowerI used Flora designer template to make the Flower and made a YoYo Flower out of material for the middle, with a cute pin and of course I used the white pen to make the flower stand out.

Small_FlowerHere I used the Tiny Wildflower designer template and Bracket

Flower_2Here is another Floral designer template for the flower

Small_Material_FlowerHere you find the Tiny Wildflower designer template and another YoYo Flower and Mini Paisley designer template

JeNnHere you can see the Cascade designer template and thickers that I sewed on the page.   Well that would be it for this layout.

I love your use of distressing. I usually don’t want to take the time to distress and to use my sewing machine, but you have shown that the time is well worth it. Thank you.

Am now a happy blog follower of yours. Love that KLD templates can be used in so many ways! Awesome LO, such fun ideas with it!

  8. The white pen that looks like sewing is my favorite part of this! I can do things like that…I don’t have a sewing machine and don’t care to invest in one, so the drawing is a great alternative. I actually thought it WAS stitching at first glance! Thanks for sharing!

  9. Where do I start?? Yours is the my favorite blog I have been to today. I just love the stitching, especially how it isn’t perfect, yet it is perfectly stunning! I keep saying I am going to do this…so I am book marking your blog for inspiration! Since I am becoming a follower, I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future. I would love for you come by my blog and become a follower to, I am currently blogging about my card making, and I am also a scrapper. http://www.aworkofheartbycathryn.blogspot.ca

You women of Kiwi Lane are unbelievably talented. Being new to the templates, I am very excited and inspired by this bog hop! I must run right into my scrap room and try and come up with something 1/2 as nice! Your colors go together so well. What a lovely layout!
